Beautiful Large Rustic 18" x 12" x 2" thick and 18" x 13" x 2" thick. End Grain Multi Wood Cutting of Board Butcher Blocks of many colors. Sanded smooth & oiled with food safe mineral oil and Howard's butcher conditioner.

As you can see by the photos the end grain cutting boards are made from leftover small cut offs from other projects like bowls and birdhouses. With the high cost of kiln dried lumber, I can save customers $10.00 to $20.00 on each cutting board.

Some of the hard wood used in my end grain boards are Black Walnut, Cherry, Ash, Hickory, Maple, Red Oak, White Oak and Purple Heart, Padauk, Mesquite, Locust, Beech, Birch.

I will add 1 1/2" rubber Heavy-Duty Anti-Skid Pads-rubber feet mounted with stainless steel screws. For only $10 .00 more. I highly recommend adding the Anti-Skid Pads To keep your cutting board up off the wet or damp countertop. If your board dries evenly there is less chance of warping or cracking.

End grain construction is more durable than a regular edge grain cutting board. It keeps your knives much sharper and your blades lasting longer. Instead of crushing against the wood fibers, the blade of the knife goes between them much like cutting into a firm brush.
