Heavy multi hardwood end grain butcher block. 17 1/4 " x 12" x 1 3/4" thick with 1 1/2"dia. anti-skid pads and a juice groove. Food safe mineral and Howard's butcher block conditioner.
Some of the hard wood used in my end grain boards are Black Walnut, Cherry, Ash, Hickory, Maple, Red Oak, White Oak and Purple Heart.
End grain construction is more durable than a regular edge grain cutting board. It keeps your knives much sharper and your blades lasting longer. Instead of crushing against the wood fibers, the blade of the knife goes between them much like cutting into a firm brush.

We warranty cutting board and breadboard products for 30 days from date of purchase against defects in workmanship only. Since hardwoods are a natural product and we have no control over environmental conditions, use, maintenance or care of the products we cannot warranty against swelling, shrinking, splitting, cupping, warping or any other physical defects that may occur.
